WHO RUNS THE CDA?

            The CDA membership runs the CDA through its Board of Directors whose members serve a two year term of office. General membership meetings are held twice annually. They afford CDA members and any interested parties, the opportunity to participate in the conduct of the CDA痴 business.

            The CDA Board is responsible for the policy direction of the CDA, ensuring that its part-time staff, headed by an Executive Director and General Counsel, implements the Board痴 policies ensuring the prudent disbursement of the CDA痴 resources.
